Payment & Insurance
Please note that we are no longer able to process direct insurance claims on behalf of clients. You will therefore need to settle your veterinary dermatology fees with us directly and then submit your invoice to your pet insurance provider for reimbursement, in accordance with your policy.
To help make treatment costs more manageable, we are pleased to offer Klarna, allowing eligible clients to spread the cost of their veterinary bills over up to 36 months interest-free. This gives you greater flexibility when planning for your pet’s treatment and ongoing care.
